Every adventure needs a helping hand.
Quick answers for grown-ups, so little heroes can get back to their adventure.
How do we start?
Create a hero, choose a made-up nickname and select an age from 5 to 10. Try the welcome practice, then open the first level on the world map. English is the default; use the globe to choose English, Russian or Spanish.
How do we change the difficulty?
Open My hero, choose Change age or Choose age, select an age and save. Finish an active battle first. Every new level includes all four arithmetic operations; the age changes the size of the numbers and the hints. The selected age stays on the device.
Why does an unfinished battle look different after an update?
An already-started battle keeps its saved question and completion rules. Finish it, then start another battle to use the latest format. Progress and earned items are kept.
What does the full game unlock?
The first 20 levels and the knight are free. A single non-consumable purchase unlocks levels 21 to 200, the archer, mage and guardian. There is no subscription. The App Store shows the price for your region before you confirm.
How do we restore the purchase?
Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Open the full-game offer, complete the parent check and choose Restore purchases. Internet access is needed to check the purchase. Restoring paid access does not restore a deleted local game save.
Where is progress saved?
Progress, your hero, the selected age and unfinished battles are saved on this device. There is no Numeria account or game-save sync service. Device backups are controlled by Apple and your device settings. Avoid deleting the app if you want to keep its local progress.
Can we play without internet?
The math adventure and character models are stored in the app. Internet is needed for purchases and purchase restoration. Previously verified access may be available from the purchase service's local cache.
How do refunds work?
Apple handles App Store payments and refund requests. A parent can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem service. Eligibility and decisions are determined by Apple.
